QR Placement & Safety: - Participating businesses agree to place Seek codes in safe, reasonably accessible locations and not in areas that create a safety hazard (for example, in roadways, on moving machinery, or where climbing or other dangerous actions would be necessary). - Seek does not inspect or control the physical placement of QRs by businesses and cannot guarantee site safety. Penalties: - Users engaging in fraud, abuse, or unsafe behavior may be banned from Seek, lose access to rewards, and be reported to authorities if necessary.

Seek is not responsible for disputes between users and businesses, or for the actions of third parties. Always use common sense and stay safe when visiting locations. No Liability for Injury or Damage: - Users assume all risk when locating, accessing, or attempting to scan a Seek code. Seek and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees are not liable for any injury, property damage, loss, or other harm that may occur while you locate, access, or scan a Seek code, or as a result of following directions or signs at a participating location. - If a participating business places a QR code in an unsafe location in violation of these terms, responsibility rests with that business, and users should report unsafe placements to Seek so we can take appropriate action. Liability Cap: In no event shall Seek’s liability exceed the total amount you have paid to Seek within the last six (6) months (if any). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
